Swimming And jogging (Comparing)

Swimming and jogging are both important to our health, but they are different in place, duration and price. If we want to swim we just can do it in swimming pool, although we can do it on beach and river but swimming must be on the swimming pool that because to keep our safely. Jogging always takes place in the outdoor, such as outside of our house, in the park, and jogging area. People can listening to music by their headphone while the are jogging. They can feel  the fresh air in those places, free of smoke and pollution from vehicles. It makes people relax. . In addition, swimming can take two hour or more hours. It depends on our needed. If we spend our time to long on water that can make us tired, get headache, red ayes, and make our skins wrinkled. And about jogging some people just need one hour and they will feel sweat and fresh. Furthermore,  when we want to swim on swimming pool we need to pay before we enter the swimming pool, the price is depends on the swimming area. On other hand we don’t need to pay when we want to go for jogging. Finally because of those comparing I will choose jogging as my regular exercise.
