Physical exercise such as jogging and running has its own benefits for the body. According to fitness experts, jogging or fast walking a bit different from running at large, because of brisk walking can be used to develop speed athletes. Jogging helps you overcome the problem of weight and belly fat. If you go jogging regularly added to maintain food intake, is able to cope with excess weight. Not only that, jogging also can help you with problems with a small appetite, strengthens leg muscles, hips and back. Jogging can be done at home or on complex hills. Make a jogging schedule, complete with location and travel away. You are in trouble with sleeping too advised diligent in running or jogging. conversely, Running can reduce depression and make you more active in the move. Not only good for physical, running is also good for mental, as long as you do not do this exercise in excess. Running can be a choice for you who want regardless of their daily activities, especially if done in the open air. Be sure to start running by running slowly for a few minutes. Then little by little added speed. so, jogging and running are very different.
