Dress up and casual
Dress up and casual are style that always modified in every year to make them always look modern. But, both of them differ in ,the moment , and usage . Beside that , both of them make people always give full attention to these fashion who can make people influence to these life style.
A dress (also known as a frock or a gown) is a garment consisting of a skirt with an attached bodice (or a matching bodice giving the effect of a one-piece garment). In Western culture, dresses are usually considered to be items of women's and girls' apparel. Dresses are often used by young girls and as more formal attire by adult women. We wear dress when we go to some formal place like proms , wedding or dinner. Some people feel comfortable to wear it because it suitable with their life style.
Casual is the dress code that emphasizes comfort and personal expression over presentation and uniformity. Blue jeans and a T-shirt have been described as the "casual uniform". Casual usually used for daily activity like travelling , hang out with our friends , or studying. Children and teenagers feel more comfortable to wear it, because they can do anything freely.

But in your paragraph, you are too much to explain about the definition of dress up and casual. My suggestion is you shoul explain what is comparing and contrastin between dress up and casual.
