                We should not have a volunteer military. As a law country, we have law, and we should know about the law. If we have a volunteer military, undirectly, we support the war. And if we send our volunteer military to the country that have a war, we can be enemy for that country, too . In fact, after indonesia got their independent, indonesia does not have war with another country. So we do not need to have a volunteer country.

Football versus soccer as spectator sports

             Football and soccer are sports that have similarity which played with eleven players in each side of the team, there are many differences that make them worlds apart. Football is played by throwing the ball called “touch down” in this game but also kicking the ball in some situation or kick of the match at the beginning. Soccer is played by kicking the ball because the players are not allowed to touch the ball with their hands because it can be foul and players will get yellow card or red card from the referee, except the goalkeeper. Another difference is football uses an oval-shaped ball called “softball” while soccer uses round balls called “soccer ball”. They also differ on how players scored a score. In football, they make score with a touch down by touching the ball down over a touch-line at the enemy side. In soccer, they make score by putting the ball into the enemy net that is kept by goalkeeper. There is also difference on how long they play a game. Football is played over 60 minutes that are split into four quarters while soccer is played over 90 minutes that are split into two halves. Football just can be found in America because the international sports association judges it as the one of the most violence sports in the world. Not for soccer, all people around the world loves this game and always play it anytime and anywhere they can. It depends on you. What is your favorite game between football and soccer?

ARGUING Should the college placement office be responsible for getting graduates jobs?

The college placement office gives much contibutions to the students  for getting a jobs. As the creative students, you should choose the college which provides this place because there are many advantages for students who want to get a job immediately. By the college placement office, it will help you to get a job easier and faster than getting a job by yourself. It also provides many links and informations about companies. For example, there is a coorperation between Pertamina and State Politechnic of Sriwijaya. The company gives the scolarship to some students who have good predicate. Then, it offers them to work at this company after graduate from college. So, it will give much contributions for your life in the future. But, eventhough this way has many advantages, you should not too expect just for this way because sometimes the job which you get is not suitable with your passion. There are may other ways for getting a job, even your own ways can be much better than this one. Your future is depend on yourself. So, don’t waste your opportunity.

COMPARING AND CONTRASTING Being strict or lenient with children

Being strict or lenient with children are positive in some ways but negative in others. These attitudes have each own positive and negative effects for children. First, being a strict person is always seemed bad for most of people. It because being a strict person means has a long distance communication with children and does not care what children do, therefore it can make him/her be hated by children. In another way, being a lenient person is always liked by children. The children always feel happy when they interact with this person. For example, they do something together to overcome a problem which makes them be closer, etc. But, In another side, being a strict person also has the positive effects. For example, there is a child who always do something with his friends. Someday, this strict person try to separate them. Then this child doing his work by himself. It doesn’t mean that he doesn’t like this child. But he just try to make this child to be a confident person. Then, being a lenient person also has negative effects when he gives too much freedom to the children. The children will do anything they want which can make them be the childish person. But, if we compare and contrast from both attitudes. Being a lenient person is better than another one, because it is the good way  to teach children how to be an interesting person.

Topic : Should we continue ROTC programs on campus?

        ROTC (Reserve Officers Training Corps) is a program for training students in American Universities to serve as officers in the United States armed forces. We should continue ROTC program on campus because this program give benefit for students. For example, ROTC teach you about knowledge in military science and leadership. This program also provide a lot of knowledge about problem solving techniques, strategic planning and how to organize something, professional ethics and responsibility of country. The students can work as officers related in the programs of ROTC. they work as officers to protect and serve their country as same as US army. it makes student know the real live of military. so that, this program should be continued on campus because it contain a lot benefit for student university.

Football vs Soccer

Football and soccer are sports that have similarity ,but have many differences in rule. Football and soccer are played by eleven players and play in wide green yard. They are leaded by a referee that is from an organization of local or international football and soccer to make it fair. Those are their similarity , but they have differences like custom of players, size and shape of yard, and rules. Soccer players custom is more simple than football. Soccer players just use a t-shirt, short pants, sport shocks, and soccer’s shoes, but football players use safety sport wear with a helmet. Soccer is always played in rectangle yard, but football’s yard is longer. When a soccer’s player make ball inside the goalpost, supporters shout “GOAL”, but in football, it is called “TOUCHDOWN”. They are similarity and differences between soccer and football. You can choose one of them to be the best sport that you want to play with your friend.

Should Teaching Assistants Be Given An Authority ?

Actually, it’s hard to say why a teaching assistant should be given an authority , but there are some reasons why a teaching assistant should be given an authority. First, a teaching assistant will help a teacher to plan teaching and learning activities in a school. A teaching assistants will discuss with a teacher about  teaching and learning activities in a school. If a teaching assistant discuss about  teaching and learning activities with a teacher in a school, of course a teacher will get the best plan of teaching and learning activities in a school and a teacher will be able to teach students well. Second, a teaching assistant will help a teacher in teaching and learning activities. A teaching assistant will help a teacher to teach students in teaching and learning activities. If teaching assistant help a teacher to teach students in teaching and learning activities, so it’s unnecesarry for a teacher to repeat the lesson that is given to students twice. Besides that, students will be more understand about the lesson that is given to them, because they are taught by two people. Third, a teaching assistant will help a teacher to finish his task. A teaching assistant will help a teacher to check the assignment that is given to students. In conclusions, a teaching assistant should be given an authority, because a teaching assistant will help a teacher to plan teaching and learning activities in a school, a teaching assistant will help a teacher in teaching and learning activities, and a teaching assistant will help a teacher to finish his task.

Should A Country Have Volunteers Millitary ?

There are several reasons why a country should have volunteers millitary. First, volunteers military are needed to help a country which is attacked by another country. Volunteers military will help people whose country is attacked by another country. Second, volunteers military are needed to help soldiers which are in a war. Volunteers military will help soldiers to handle another soldiers which are hurted in a war. Besides that, they will help soldiers to bring  medicines for another soldiers. Third, volunteers military are needed to protect a country from enemies. Volunteers military will help soldiers to protect a country from enemies. Besides that, they will help soldiers to destroy enemies from their country.        The college placement office should be gave information about jobs not as a responsible place to get a job. Their share information if there are available job vacancies.

      The College Placement Office which provides graduates and current students with job information and assists students in finding positions relating to their academic preparation and personal qualifications. An up-to-date listing of temporary, part-time and full-time job vacancies from businesses, private industry, and social services and government agencies is posted on a "Jobs Board", which is accessible to current students, graduates, and the community.  Their provides assistance with resume writing, interviewing tips, and other job-seeking skills as well as schedules on-campus interviews with businesses, federal/state agencies and public schools. The Placement Office also assists employers in locating qualified persons to fill vacancies in their organizations. Faculty members are extremely involved in locating the most qualified applicant for the vacancy.

      Graduates are encouraged to register with the Placement Office so they will be notified of job openings relating to their chosen fields.

       So, the graduates get jobs because according to his ability.

            There are many universities in the word. They have the different about the quality and the academic mechanism. The college must be responsible getting for jobs to graduated student because the students need the information and link for get jobs. If the graduates student can get jobs after they graduated, the college will be on view either by public. So, the college will be famous with the quality of the student. But, the college can’t be responsible at all because the college just focus on learning and improve the ability of the student. They must try hard to get jobs according to their department. So, if the college gives job that not appropriate with us. We can know the other jobs that will better.

    Volunteers millitary are needed in this world. Especially in a country, that is often under attack from another country. For example, since 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks, military operations in Afghanistan and Iraq require a substantial increase in the number of military members. To maintain the strength needed to perform these operations, the military must be able to recruit a large number of volunteers. So, to shape the military school at which military volunteers get trained. Recruitment of participants was through the Armed Forces Qualification Test (AFQT). Thus, all-volunteer force (aVF) has attracted the majority of military volunteers who were recruited by a high school diploma or with the highest scores through the armed forces qualification test (AFQT). It’s mean that  volunteers military are very important to held throughout the country in order to create a peaceful atmosphere in every state.

Volunteer military is an appropriate term for youth Indonesia  in colonial period. In fact, hundreds and even thousands of Indonesian youth trained to fight and become part of Indonesian army to fight the invaders. But, after independence, the volunteer military has been abolished. In South Korea, volunteer military is also known as conscription where the youths of 18 years old are obliged to follow it. It should also be good to do in Indonesia to increase love of country. At globalization era, we know that respect from Indonesian youth to their homeland diminished, it is proven by how easy the outside cultural influences into Indonesian youth. Some examples of lessons which can be taught is physical exercise, knowledge of archipelago, and knowledge about  government can be an appropriate subjects. That’s why volunteer military can be an alternative solution to increase love for our country.

Appearance is very important in our lives. First sight when first seen is our outward appearance. There are 2 kinds ofstyles that can be done, especially for women. casual and dress-up is the way most women in general do on their clothingstyle. Equation that is both casual and dress-up is useful to support our appearance. a very prominent difference between them is adjusted to the place where we go. if you go to campus or street with a friend or boyfriend's good because you use traditional casual style is more simple and makes us more comfortable through the activity. whereas, if you want to go  into a more formal event like a farewell party or birthday event it's good style to use dress up as this is more supporting performances you to come on that special event.
