TYPES OF DESSERT

There are three types dessert based on the temperature: First is hot dessert, second is cold dessert, and the last is frozen dessert. Hot dessert is served at a temperature of 40-50o celsius and some menus of hot dessert are like soufle, creps/pancake, hot pudding and fritters. Second, cold dessert. Cold dessert is a type of dessert which served in cold temperature or room temperature and the menus of cold dessert are like curtara, jellies, cold pudding, chox paste, cake/tortes. The last types is frozen dessert. Frozen dessert is a type of dessert which served in a frozen shape and this dessert is very popular with many variation like ice cream and sherbet. That's the types  of  that can be chosen by each person according to individual taste.
